By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing the Family Money Story Interview, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the service.

2. Description of the Service

The Family Money Story Interview is a digital experience that guides you through a series of questions about your family, your upbringing, and your relationship with money. Based on the responses you provide, we prepare a personalized written Family Blueprint and deliver it to you by email. The service is intended to offer parenting and money-mindset guidance and reflection. It is educational and informational in nature. 3. Fees and What Is Delivered

The Family Money Story Interview is offered for a one-time fee of $67 USD. After you complete the interview and your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your personalized Family Blueprint and deliver it to the email address you provide, normally within 48 hours. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). All fees are stated in United States dollars unless noted otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel that your Family Blueprint was worth it. Our refund policy is satisfaction-based. If you are not satisfied with your Blueprint, contact us within 14 days of delivery, tell us what fell short, and we will work with you to make it right or provide a refund of your $67 fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because the Blueprint is a personalized digital product, we may ask a few questions to understand your experience before processing a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your Family Blueprint or any of our content without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the website and the service, including the interview structure, the Family Blueprint format, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Outsmart the System LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The personalized Blueprint we create is provided to you for your own personal use. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, methods, and materials used to create it. You may not reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

The Family Money Story Interview and the Family Blueprint are intended to support your reflection and decision-making. They are not a promise of any particular result. We do not guarantee any specific financial, parenting, emotional, or other outcome from using the service.
